REF191, REF192, REF193 and REF198 are precision band gap voltage references providing stable output voltage, high accuracy, low temperature coefficient, low dropout voltage and low power consumption. Sleep mode is available for further reduction of supply current.

Typical applications:
A/D and D/A converters, high accuracy instrumentation, portable devices.
