The MCP4822 and MCP4921 are high accurate 12-Bit Digital-to-Analog Converters with serial input, rail-to-rail voltage output (optional 2x gain), 20MHz SPI interface and Power-On-Reset circuit. Other features include software or hardware shutdown and a double-buffered input allowing simultaneous latching of the dual DACs – the input latch registers are transferred to the DAC registers (output latches). The MCP4822 is equipped with 2.048V and 50ppm/°C internal band-gap voltage reference. Both devices are available in extended temperature range and SOP08 package.
