BSS84P is a 3-pin, small signal unipolar transistor of the P-MOSFET type made in SIPMOS technology. It is available in an SOT-23 housing and is intended for surface mounting. The value of the maximum drain-source voltage is 60V, and the maximum drain current is 170mA. The value of dissipated power is 360mW. The device operates at temperature from -55°C to +150°C.
