Electroluminescent wires require using an inverter or a battery-powered driver.

Our offer includes electroluminescent wires that are used for decorative purposes and light animations.

An electroluminescent (EL) wire comprises a copper core coiled with an insulator. The insulator is a mixture of luminophore and binder. The central electrode is wrapped by two external electrodes. Thanks to this structure, the wire glows evenly along the entire circuit. The wire is available at the length of 5 and 10 meters. To run EL wire, an inverter is needed (it can power the wire within the radius of 20 meters) or a battery-powered (2x AA) driver (5 meters).

Thanks to an inverter or a driver, the wire can be run in three illumination modes: steady, quick pulsating, and slow pulsating luminous flux. These wires are characterized by safety, very limited failure rate, ease of installation, energy saving, no toxic properties. EL wires do not give off any harmful UV radiation.

The EL glow is not harmful to eyes!
