Effective electronic protection - proven TVS diodes

TVS protection diodes designed for protecting electronic circuits against overvoltage and high-energy transient pulses have been added to the offer. The products are available in unidirectional and bidirectional versions, in SMD surface-mount packages. Tape and reel packaging enables easy implementation in mass production and automated SMT assembly. The offered diodes provide effective protection of sensitive electronic circuits against surges caused, among others, by electrostatic discharges (ESD), induced pulses, and switching events in power supply and signal installations. Available variants include models with peak pulse power up to 0.6 kW, various rated voltages, and both uni- and bidirectional versions, allowing the selection of a suitable component for a specific application.
