FQP32N20C is a 3-pin unipolar transistor P-MOSFET type created in DMOS technology. It has been used to reduce the on-state resistance and to provide excellent switching performance and high avalanche energy. The device is available in the TO-220FP housing and is intended for through hole mounting. The drain-source voltage is 100V and the maximum drain current is 13.2A. The product is used for switching power supplies, active power factor correction (PFC) and electronic lamp ballasts.
