The medium-density STM32F102C8T6 USB microcontroller features a high-performance 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M3 48 MHz RISC core, built-in high-speed memory (64 KB Flash and SRAM 10 KB), a wide range of enhanced peripherals and two APB bus connections. All devices are equipped with standard communication interfaces (two I2Cs, two SPIs, one USB and three USARTs), 12-bit ADC and three universal 16-bit timers. The STM32F102xx series operates in the -40 to +85 °C temperature range, from 2. 0 to 3. 6 V power supply. A comprehensive set of power-saving modes allows the design of low-power applications.
The STM32F102C8T6 microcontroller comes in a 7 × 7 mm LQFP48 housing.
The medium density STM32F102xx USB linear microcontrollers can be used in application control, consumer devices, PC peripherals, HVAC and many other applications.
