LGE 1,5kW TVS Diodes - Protection Against Overvoltage

New in Our Range - 1,5kW TVS Diodes

We have added TVS protection diodes with a peak pulse power of up to 1500W (1,5kW) for a 10/1000µs pulse to our product range. The products are available in versions for voltages  from 5V to 54V, in both unidirectional (A) and bidirectional (CA) versions. The diodes are housed in an SMC (DO-214AB) package designed for surface-mount technology (SMD/SMT). Selected models are available in Tape & Reel packaging, suitable for automated assembly processes.
