Our product range has been expanded with the fast SMD Schottky diodes: BAS40, BAS40-04 and BAS70-05. These components feature a low forward voltage drop, fast switching time, and compact surface-mount packages. As a result, they are ideally suited for modern electronic circuits requiring high-speed operation, low power losses, and high reliability.

All models are available in Tape & Reel packaging, making them ideal for automated assembly on production lines.

Key features:

• Surface-mount Schottky diodes (SMD),
• Low forward voltage and low power losses,
• High switching speed typical of Schottky diodes (for selected BAS40-04 versions, the switching time can be as low as approximately 5 ns),
• Reverse voltage up to 40V (BAS40, BAS40-04) and 70V (BAS70-05),
• Forward current up to 200mA (BAS40-04),
• Tape & Reel packaging,
• Equivalent for BAS40 and BAS40-04: BAR43FILM.
