New in Our Portfolio - ES1J, M7 and US1M Rectifier Diodes

We are expanding our range of electronic components with three rectifier diodes designed for a wide variety of applications in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and power supply systems. The new lineup includes the standard M7 rectifier diode as well as the fast-recovery ES1J and US1M diodes, intended for applications requiring short recovery times and operation at higher switching frequencies. The devices feature a forward current rating of 1A and reverse voltage ratings of up to 1000V (depending on the model), making them suitable for a broad range of power supply designs, including both conventional and switch-mode applications.

All models are available in Tape & Reel packaging, facilitating automated SMT assembly and seamless integration into modern manufacturing processes.
