Our offer has been expanded with new models of signal, rectifier and TVS diodes designed for a wide range of electronic and industrial applications. The new products include fast and ultra-fast switching diodes, high-voltage rectifier diodes, as well as TVS diodes providing protection against transient overvoltages and the effects of ESD events. The components are characterized by high reliability, compact SMD packages and availability in Tape & Reel packaging, making them suitable for both prototyping and series production.

MDD (Microdiode Semiconductor) is a semiconductor component manufacturer specializing in the design and production of diodes, transistors, MOSFETs, bridge rectifiers and SiC solutions. The company has been developing semiconductor technologies for over a decade and provides solutions for various industrial sectors.
