SLKOR SMA6J - 600W TVS diodes for electronic circuit protection

The range includes SLKOR SMA6J TVS (Transil) diodes designed to protect electronic circuits against short-duration overvoltages and voltage transients. The components are housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) package for SMD surface-mount applications. The series includes unidirectional and bidirectional versions and various working voltage ratings, including 5.0V, 12V, 15V and 33V.
