We have expanded our product range with a series of SMBJ TVS protection diodes with a peak pulse power of 600W (0.6kW), designed to protect electronic circuits against overvoltage and transient pulses. The new series covers a wide voltage range from 7,5V to 70V and is available in unidirectional (A) and bidirectional (CA) versions.

Selected models are compatible with the popular SM6T and P6SMB series, making it easier to select replacements for existing designs.
