Stabilizer- 78L05ACZ RoHS

The 78L05ACZ RoHS series (78L05ACZ-78L12ACZ) constant-voltage integrated voltage regulator is designed for a wide range of applications. These applications include on-card regulation to eliminate interference and distribution problems associated with single-point regulation. Each of these regulators can provide an output current of up to 100 mA. The internal thermal limitation and shutdown functions of these controllers resist overloads.
