The KTY81/210 are popular series of silicon temperature sensors made by NXP. The most popular one is KTY81/210. The features include positive temperature coefficient of resistance, long-term stability, high accuracy and reliability. It is encapsulated in the SOD70 2 in-line leads plastic package.
