USBLC6-2SC6 and USBLC6-4SC6 TVS Diodes - Compact USB Protection Against ESD and Transients

USBLC6-2SC6 and USBLC6-4SC6 are compact protection devices designed to protect USB interfaces and data transmission lines against short-duration voltage transients and electrostatic discharges (ESD). They help limit the effects of voltage pulses, protecting sensitive electronic circuits from damage.

Thanks to their compact SOT-23-6L package, these devices can be used in compact electronic equipment where small dimensions and effective signal-line protection are important.

Both models operate over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The USBLC6-2SC6 features a peak pulse power of up to 100W, a peak pulse current of up to 6A, and ESD protection up to 15kV. The USBLC6-4SC6 offers a peak pulse power of up to 55W, a peak pulse current of up to 4A, and ESD protection up to 20kV.
