Our product range has been expanded with the ES1B, ES1G, ES2J, ES3GB and ES3JB ultra-fast rectifier diodes. They feature an ultra-short reverse recovery time (trr) of <35ns, high reliability and excellent performance in applications requiring fast rectification and minimized switching losses.

With a wide range of voltage and current ratings, the ES series offers the right solution for numerous applications – from switching power supplies and power converters to industrial equipment and consumer electronics. All versions are available in Tape & Reel packaging, enabling automated assembly on production lines.
