Ultra-Fast UMW Rectifier Diodes - US1-US3 Series - High Switching Speed and Wide Voltage Range

We are introducing a series of ultra-fast UMW rectifier diodes in SMA/SMC packages, designed for applications requiring short reverse recovery times and efficient switching. The series includes models with forward current ratings from 1A to 3A and voltage ratings from 100V to 1000V.

Key features:

• forward current: 1A, 2A or 3A,
• voltage ratings from 100V to 1000V,
• ultra-fast reverse recovery time - as low as <50ns,
• for higher voltage ratings, reverse recovery time of <75ns or <100ns,
• SMD packages in SMA/SMC formats, enabling surface-mount assembly,
• available in tape/reel packaging,
• a wide range of parameters allows the diode to be selected for a specific application.
