We are introducing a series of fast and ultra-fast STTH rectifier diodes from UMW, designed for applications where short recovery time and efficient switching are essential. The wide range of available models makes it possible to select the right component for both low-voltage circuits and applications requiring reverse voltages of up to 1200 V. Versions with forward current ratings from 1A to 4A are available in SMA, SMB and SMC packages.
