Wires TLWY

The TLWY ribbon cables are designed for the production of fixed connections in telecommunications equipment and electronic machine control systems. The design of the cable allows easy separation of the whole of the individual wires or strands with the number of wires required for assembly.

The construction
  • flexible, multi-wire twisted wires made of soft copper wires (tinned wires on customer request),
  • Core insulation made of insulating polyvinyl (PVC),
  • insulated veins arranged side by side and glued together.
  • the colours of insulation of the wires and their order in the finished cable (recurring colours):

Core number: Insulation colour
  • 1 8 15 22: red
  • 2 9 16 23: blue
  • 3 10 17 24: black
  • 4 11 18 25: white
  • 5 12 19 26: green
  • 6 13 20 27: brown
  • 7 14 21 28: yellow
