Our LED module offer provides durable and economical solutions widely used in illuminated signage. Modules can be used in applications such as advertising, light boxes, interior decorations, exhibition stands, vehicles, etc.
Some of the LED modules in our offer are injection-molded and delivered in a hermetic IP65 housing, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The one-time injection molding process eliminates uneven sealing issues. These modules are highly resistant to humidity, chemicals, and impact. Our offer also includes modules with IP67 and IP68 ratings.
Modules are equipped with an aluminum PCB ensuring excellent heat dissipation, which significantly improves stability and long service life. Surface mounting is possible using double-sided adhesive tape (thermally conductive for 3-watt modules) on the back. Permanent installation can be achieved with screws. Flexible wires between modules allow illumination of almost any surface with unusual shapes.
Our offer includes, among others:
- Modules with built-in current stabilization, providing high stability of light output regardless of voltage changes, ensuring uniform brightness across the entire chain.
- Modules with lenses, with a 160˚ beam angle, producing a uniform light flux over a large area, allowing reduction of the number of modules;
- Modules with a 38˚ angle, intended for spot lighting.
- 3-watt modules based on high-efficiency Cree XP-E LEDs with very long lifespan while maintaining uniform color and brightness; available in chains of 3 pieces, must be mounted on a heat-conductive material such as aluminum or steel.
- Modules using SMD3014 LEDs, among the smallest modules on the market; ideal for backlighting very small letters.
We offer modules with powers: 0.24W, 0.3W, 0.36W, 0.48W, 0.6W, 0.72W, 0.9W, 0.96W, 1.4W, 1.44W, 1.5W, 1.68W, 2W, 3.0W, mostly powered by 12V DC (one round LED module powered by 5V DC, linear modules – 230V AC), available in light colors: warm white, neutral white, cool white, blue, green, red, and RGB. Lifetime is 50,000h, with a warranty of 3 or 5 years depending on module type (3 years – 0.3W, 0.72W, 1.44W modules; 5 years – 3W modules; detailed warranty information is available on our website).
Maximum number of modules connected in series is 40 (for 0.72W, 0.96W, 1.44W, 1.5W, 2.0W modules).
