The Arduino MICRO board is based on the ATmega32u4 microcontroller. This means it does not require an additional USB controller and can be recognized by the system as a mouse or keyboard. Developed in collaboration with Adafruit, it is similar in size to the NANO model. It features 20 digital I/O pins, of which 7 can provide PWM signals, and 12 can be used as analog inputs. The board also includes a 16-megahertz crystal oscillator, a micro USB connector, ICSP pins, and a reset button.
The board is designed to fit on a breadboard, making it ideal for use in devices with limited available space.
