ATMEGA128A-AU

ATMEGA128A-AU is an advanced 8-bit AVR microcontroller based on the RISC architecture, combining high performance with energy efficiency. With a clock speed of up to 16MHz and throughput of 16MIPS, it ensures fast and efficient operation, making it an ideal solution for embedded systems that require high computational power while maintaining low energy consumption.

The microcontroller offers 128KB of Flash memory for program code storage, 4KB of SRAM for current operations, and 4KB of EEPROM for permanent data. The ATMEGA128A-AU has 53 programmable input/output lines and numerous communication interfaces, such as SPI, I²C, two USART modules, and JTAG, enabling easy integration with other systems. It also features four built-in timers (two 8-bit and two 16-bit), six PWM channels, and an 8-channel, 10-bit resolution analog-to-digital converter, allowing precise control of devices and data acquisition.
