Detailed description
ATMEGA644PA is the latest version of the ATMEL ATMEGA644 microcontrollers, made using picoPower™ technology, which focuses on reducing power consumption both in active and idle states. The ATMEGA644PA offers up to 25% lower power consumption in the active state and up to 60% lower power consumption in idle state compared to the older ATMEGA644P version, while maintaining identical functionality. This is an excellent solution for battery-powered devices.
