BC847 SOT23

BC847B is a universal NPN bipolar transistor characterized by a maximum collector-emitter voltage (Vce) of 45V and a maximum collector current (Ic) of 100mA. Its current gain (hFE) ranges from 200 to 450, which means it can significantly amplify electrical signals, making it useful in amplifiers or switching circuits. Thanks to a maximum cutoff frequency of 100MHz, the BC847B transistor is suitable for circuits operating at higher frequencies, such as transmitters or radio receivers.

The BC847B transistor also offers low power loss due to its low saturation voltage (Vce(sat)), and the SOT23 package ensures surface mount (SMD), facilitating integration in projects with high component density.
