Detailed description

TCM809 is a simple chip used for monitoring the loss of power supply voltage in 3/5 V microprocessor systems. It does not require the use of external components. In case the supply voltage drops below the threshold value, the chip generates an active low reset signal (after approximately 65 µs), which is maintained for at least 140 ms after the supply voltage returns to the proper level.
