DS18B20 digital temperature sensors... not only from Maxim

An unstable situation in the electronic components industry has resulted in extended delivery times and a sharp increase of the prices for the in stock items, causing a lot of troubles for manufacturers. Facing this difficult situation our company pays more and more attention towards new electronic components manufacturers offering cheaper and stable quality products replacing famous brand items.

We gladly introduce Youtai Semiconductor company products (branded as UMW) into our products portfolio. Their major product is a temperature sensor DS18B20 – a very popular product that is widely recognized under Maxim Integrated brand. Alike Maxim’s product the UMW DS18B20 sensor is available in TO92 (DS18B20) and uSOP08 (DS18B20U) packages.

And this is just the beginning of the DS18B20 clone attack… Our products offer was also extended with DS18B20 clones manufactured GXCAS Technology company (GX18B20 part numbers). Unlike UMW company that is specialized in many different types of clones, GXCAS company is fully focused on DS18B20 compatible temperature sensors and moving a few steps further than Maxim’s product series. Apart from standard packages available also from Maxim (TO92: GX18B20, SOP08: GX18B20Z, uSOP08: GX18B20U), GXCAS offers some product variants that do not exist in Maxim’s portfolio, including:

- TO92 package of a smaller body 4.1×3.18×1.57mm (GX18B20S)

- 2-pin TO92 package (GX18B20W)

- a higher accuracy of ±0.1°C version (GX18B20H)

To make our offer even more broader we also offer DS18B20 TO92 clone of one more manufacturer 7Q Technology (7Q-TEK brand) of a part number QT18B20.
